Enjoy a relaxing break at this stylish new house built on the site of an old Lime Kiln (Odyn) outside Menai Bridge. Surrounded by farmland you may be visited by sheep or cattle at the fence. It is very conveniently located and is an excellent base from which to explore Anglesey and Snowdonia attractions. Beudy’r Esgob

‘Beudy’r Esgob’ translates as ‘Bishop’s Barn’ and it used to be a hay barn and cow shed. It adjoins our 14th century farmhouse and lies in the village of Gwalchmai, Anglesey. We are within walking distance to Anglesey Show ground & air strip and 10 minutes drive from Rhosneigr and its beaches. We would be a super base for those visiting Anglesey Circuit at Tŷ Croes as we have plenty of parking space for car trailers. Elidir View, a quarry foreman's cottage dating from 1850, is situated in an elevated mountainside position above the village of Cwm Y Glo, with expansive views towards Elidir mountain and rolling countryside. It has country & mountain walks immediately out of the house to Llanberis and Snowdon, and is near to the bus that goes directly to the car park for the walk up Mount Snowdon.. An open plan living room and dining area has a large contemporary log burner to keep it warm in the winter.
