Private snow mobile trail on property, also excellent for CC skiing. Five minute walk to lake Lac Vieux Desert. Private access to Lac Vieux Desert for boating, snowmobiling, or ice fishing.

The Octagon on the Chain

On the Snowmobile Trails, this uniquely shaped home is located on the chain with flat access to the lake. There are three bedrooms all with attached bathrooms, essentially, 3 hotel rooms. The kitchen located in the donut hole of the octagon house. It is equipped with two sinks, fridge with an ice maker, gas stove, Bosch dishwasher. The family room has beautiful picture windows to the water and a cozy fireplace. Outside is huge pier, fire pit, picnic table, plenty of chairs and a sandy beach.
