Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Our home is perched at the top of Inverness Ridge with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean, Farallon Islands, and the Point Reyes National Seashore. Absolute peace, fresh air, and a five minute stroll from park trails. Quiet and crime free, the Artist Retreat is worlds apart from urban excitement. Guests are amazed by its beauty. Being at the top of a ridge, it is a 11/2 mile drive to get there. The road is quite steep with many turns. Free Level 2 charger which we encourage guests to use.

Sonoma Mountain Artist's Retreat

Enjoy the perched feeling of Sonoma Mountain's setting with sweeping views and nature. The slightly tamed wilderness with an olive orchard and gardens sets the tone as you chill on the redwood deck. This is a studio cottage with expansive views to the western valley and Marin. Mount Tam appears through the windows from your super comfy bed. Deer Ranch is a remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home sitting on four acres of private land, with outdoor decks, hot tub, and plunge pool. This contemporary Frank Lloyd Wright-styled-like home sits on top of a hill with meadows below and towering redwoods that add to a peaceful seclusion getaway, and still only minutes from the hamlet of Occidental (1.3 miles). The pool is open during the summer months only (late May-end of September). The hot tub is on all year-round.

Berry Patch Cottage - Point Reyes

From the Berry Patch Cottage, it's a quiet one-mile walk to downtown Point Reyes Station. We're less than half a mile from National Seashore land at the foot of Tomales Bay. Enjoy your own tucked-away cottage, with apple trees, berries, & vegetable garden. With a mix of meadow and trees and nearby fresh water, we see an extensive variety of birds ad other wildlife. NOTE: Pets & children are welcome; ask about (low) pet fees.

Perfect getaway cabin on Tomales Bay! Full kitchen, private backyard, beautiful sunsets. One of 6 tiny cabins on the water side of Shoreline Hwy. Oysters are minutes away at Nicks, Tony’s, or Hogs Island. Absolutely gorgeous area~ only 1/2 hr from Petaluma but I definitely dropped out! Perfect for a romantic weekend. Close to Blue Water Kayak rental, Pt Reyes National Seashore, Marconi Center Clean, cozy, and adorable!

Luxury and Design- 200 ft or 1 min walk to beach

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.
