The beautiful Gwydir River is a block away where you can swim, kayak and watch the world go by. Local horse-riding tours are a few minutes walk away, and you’ll often hear the sound of horse hooves walking up the street. The main street, iconic Roxy Theatre, pubs, and shops are a block away. This newly renovated pad has everything you need for a relaxing and peaceful stay. Situated 10 mins walk from Coles Shopping Centre on the hill side in a safe and sort after area of town. Town is easily accessible by foot or 2 minute drive where you will find Cafe's, Restaurants and Boutique stores. Comfortable Queen Bed, linen, towels, TV, Wifi, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Rachel's Cottage.

Rachel's Cottage was built my my great grandfather around 1898. The family lived there until my great Aunty Rae died in 1986. We repurchased it in 2004 in a very derelict state. We have renovated the cottage, keeping the original style as much as possible. The kitchen and bathroom are accessible via a small covered verandah. We welcome a pet or two but there are strict conditions for this and approval must be sought first.
