Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Be the firsts to stay in this brand new build with brand new appliances and a very comfortable perfect wool fleece Queen bed in the ensuite with a walk in wardrobe. There other bedrooms consists of 6 king singles which can be combined to form a split super king bed. Central Heating warms the entire house and individual heaters are also located in each room.
