The Chicken House in Yoder

Come experience our 1940s chicken house turned guesthouse! Includes Wi-Fi, kitchenette, smart TV, and super comfy bed. Even though the Chicken House is a tiny 300 sq ft, windows make it feel open and airy. A futon can accommodate one additional guest. Pack-n-play available upon request. Please note that the ceiling is low above the bed-- watch your head! The location is in our backyard. We live on the same property. Check out the companion property we also host-- The Little House.

The 2nd Cozy Half

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

Experience the peaceful setting of this unique little cottage in a restored barn that once housed cows and horses. Star-gaze from your private backyard. Come and Shop the Farm Store for all your food items. Sample freshly bottled, delicious, and creamy milk that was produced 50 feet away. Buy cheeses, eggs, meats, and more. After Store Hours? Come stay at The Farm at Yoder!

Come unplug and get away for a bit on the farm! We welcome you to our quaint and private guest apartment, with a country vibe. Situated across the lane from our 100 year old farm house just outside of Yoder, KS. You will find yourself in the heart of Amish community. If you enjoy farm animals, this is the place for you.... horses, cows, turkeys, chickens, guinea pigs, rabbits and plenty of farm cats and our faithful dog, Ginger can all be found. A simple breakfast will be provided.

McPherson Quiet Retreat

Get off the beaten path, just 5 minutes outside of McPherson. Enjoy your privacy with a private outdoor entrance and have the entire basement to yourself! Escape the stressors of everyday life in this small cabin nestled on 38 acres. This cabin is not only adorable, but it is less than 5 miles from the Kansas State Fair. Offering home-comforts such as a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Wi-fi and smart TV. It is perfect for couples or families. Features a queen size bed in the bedroom plus a queen size rollaway if needed. Maximum of 2 pets allowed.

Cute Studio House

This is a one bedroom studio house. This is a place all to yourself. It has a queen size bed. It is really nice inside the house. The one downside is it is close to the railroad track. It has a oven, fridge, microwave, washer, dryer and keurig coffee maker. We have recently added WIFI for our quest. One thing several guest have mentioned is how much they enjoy the walking trail close by.

A Santa Fe Traincar, built in 1941, recently (2020) converted into a unique, comfortable and modern guesthouse ready for you to experience! located just 5 minutes south of the quaint little town of Yoder, 10 minutes from South Hutchinson, and only 30 minutes from Wichita!

Quiet country setting located on 65 acres with a pond. 3000 sq. ft. home with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen, and laundry. Modern facilities with country charm. 9 miles from Hutchinson, 10 miles from the State Fairgrounds, and 1 mile from Sand Hills State Park. On site horse boarding is available at an additional fee.
