Cozy Nest on the Platte River

Enjoy quiet country living in our guest house by our home on the Platte River. There are forty acres where you can fish, walk, swim, or just relax on the porch. The nest accommodates a family of four, but if you need more space ask to add the River Room to your reservation. Enjoy one of the restaurants nearby or bring your own food and utilize our gathering space with couch, tv, fridge, kitchenette, and grill. WIFI is available but we recommend you put down the devices and enjoy your getaway.

The Pepper Shed

Welcome to The Pepper Shed! This is a unique utility, used as a dog house for our family dog Pepper. It has a built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

The Wayne Byrd Nest Condo

A cozy walkable downtown apartment that sleeps six. The Byrd Nest shares a building with a dance center and The Coop event space. You can also find Johnnie Byrd Brewing Company next door. The Byrd Nest is within walking distance of ten eating establishments, six bars and a coffee shop. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Stroll down to Side Street Deli for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Enjoy the Dark Island Trail located 5 minutes away. Plan dinner at Prairie Creek Vineyard and Winery located across the street or at the authentic Mexican restaurant that is a 1 minute walk away.

Cozy Cabin Lane is the perfect location for family gatherings, a weekend to catch up with friends, or just an escape from busy city life. This cabin is located a short 5 miles outside of Columbus, and has plenty of privacy with quiet surroundings. You will not feel like you're in Nebraska when you spend time at this property! The inside of the cabin gives you the feeling that you're in the middle of the woods, or tucked away in the mountains somewhere!

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

The Oak Street Cottage offers everything needed for just you or your entire family. Humphrey, NE has everything you could ask for in a small town, and now you can enjoy it from the comfort of a true home away from home. Gather with your family around any of the 3 TVs, play board games, or enjoy their company out on the screened in deck. My wife and I and the 6 kids self manage the property and look forward to your visit!

This house is setting right in the heart of our farm place you get to experience all the farm animals ! Enjoy a nice meal out of the patio . The house is spacious enjoy for a weekend get away or a long term stay for windmill/ construction workers we have barn stalls available if you need a place to lay over with animals.

Country Quiet at the Cozy Windmill Cottage!

Enjoy wonderful views and gorgeous sunsets at the country quiet cottage on our farm. The trailhead of the Cowboy Trail- the longest rails to trail in the US-is 15 minutes away. You have the entire cottage to yourself which includes two queen beds in separate bedrooms. Plenty of room for parking if you need extra space for a trailer. The Windmill Cottage is a great location for a peaceful getaway.

Cozy Business Travelers Haven

This is a cozy resting spot for business travelers, or weekend guests visiting family. It underwent a complete renovation and ready for it's first guests who arrived in February, 2019. Enjoy the quiet outdoors out on our deck or just relax inside. This is a quiet neighborhood and 11-7am is quiet time. Please take your noise inside as this is strictly a non-party property.
