Welcome! Our 19th century cottage and home, recently converted and modernised to a high standard. Set in the heart of the Derbyshire Dales. Four miles from Ashbourne - gateway to The Peak District. Our home is a great place as a chilled-out country retreat, and as base for multiple outdoor sports and adventures in Derbyshire and The Peaks. We are 12 miles from JCB Golf Club, location for Liv Golf Tournament. All the charm of a cottage, with the benefits of a modern home - super-fast Wifi.

Only 5 Min drive from the beautiful market town of Ashbourne we have everything here from relaxation and peaceful breaks to white knuckle Theme parks like Alton Towers or maybe for those ramblers out there we have the best of the best within a 20 minutes drive, or peaceful woodlands and rolling hills at the end of our private driveway. Delightful woodland Shepherd Hut

Within the Derbyshire Dales, 2 miles outside Brailsford village. The newly built shepherd hut is nestled on the edge of a small woodland with spectacular views overlooking fields and woodland. It is in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature and wildlife. The hut includes a double bed, bathroom, shower cubicle and a small kitchen area. With towels and linen provided. Also exclusive use of a tennis court and bikes with the hut, just a short walk away is a private fishing pond for you to enjoy.

The apartment is on 3 floors within a grade II listed building. The kitchen is spacious with a log burner and all the nice appliances such as an American style fridge freezer, wine cooler, range cooker, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The glass-blown staircase leads up to the the snug and dressing room, which is cosy, off this is the bathroom with a large walk in shower and an infa-red sauna. The staircase in the snug leads up to the bedroom which is under a beautiful array of beams.
