Vintage Mid-Century Beach Cottage

Our house is an original old school beach house built in 1962 by Bryan's grandparents. We love the blue formica countertops and the warm wooden paneling through the house. Hardwood floors, wood paneling and lots of natural light makes the house glow. It's mid-century all the way but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. A porch view that's perfect for watching the boats go by. It's on a quiet and residential street at the end of the island. Beach is 2 blocks east.

The main deck provides a front row view of the ocean and a variety of beachy outdoor furniture to match your lounging moods. If you can summon the power to explore beyond the chill deck - take a short walk to the great selection of shops and restaurants, including Pleasure Island’s Tiki Bar at the Ocean Grill! This property is a duplex and this is the upper unit.

2 bedroom 1 bathroom house is perfect for 1 family. The house is 4 min walk to the beach and 1 minute drive to a boat ramp. We have a Queen bed in one bedroom and Twin over Twin bunk bed and a queen bed in the other bedroom. Living room has a sofa bed. We provide linens and towels but please make sure to bring your own beach towels. We have TV in each room with online streming such as Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. There is no cable subscription.
