Lovely flat with spectacular view!

Lovely and bright 1 to 4 person flat with a spectacular view over the river and harbour. Ideally located at the charming " Eilandje" between the MAS and the Red Star Line Museum, surrounded by historic docks and plenty of bars and restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the hewart of the city center. The flat (4th floor, no elevator!) is the top floor of a duplex apartment, so the hallway is shared. As I live on the first floor of the duplex flat, I'm very happy to help out and advise.

Welcome to casa Hertals ! Once you enter the beautiful hall an elegant staircase takes you to an über cute roof apartment. The open living room with an open kitchen is connected to the sunny roof terrace through large glass windows. This small green oasis is situated in the heart of Antwerp between the Central station, the Opera, Central Park and shopping street Meir. The bedroom has a spacious en suit bathroom with a rain shower. A second bedroom you find on the mezzanine.

A combination of bio-based materials such as clay plaster and tadelakt were used with existing elements and new high-end finishing. (de 2 andere slaapkamers hebben geen airco) Het huis ligt op 400m van de Meir en 700m van de Grote Markt. Supermarkten, apotheker en terrasjes op wandelafstand.

Deze gezellige duplex ligt op de heerlijke Vrijdagmarkt midden in het historische centrum. Alle hippe bars en restaurants zijn op wandelafstand alsook de meeste musea. Leuk en kleurrijk ingericht met zicht op het plein en de prachtige toren van de kathedraal De living voorzien met bibliotheek met allerhande boeken over Antwerpen/België. Er is een bureau voorzien om te werken. Droger en wasmachine. Badkamer met bad/douche. Volledig uitgeruste keuken.

You will have a lovely, groundfloor studio of 30m2 with separate entrance and terrace. Charmingly decorated, warm atmosphere and all the basics for your comfort. Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Just outside the center, everything on walking distance. Lots of grocery shops in the nearby streets. Parking space available across the street upon request, 25 euro for 4 days max. There is a school next to the studio, so on weekdays there might be some noise.
