Suite has one big bedroom, large open concept living room w infrared fire place, bathroom, full kitchen w dining room, cozy foyer w chiminea, own laundry, patio w bistro table, and brand new EVERYTHING. Short or long term stay avail. My home is centrally located to train station, malls, cafes, parks, bike trails, stores….Self check-in & out.

Private, spacious, well-lit basement in Phillips/near Seward. Enjoy the city from a central location! Laidback & cannabis friendly - ask us for recommendations! Ample free street parking. Stairs required; staircases not ideal for folks with mobility issues and are not handicap accessible. Kitchenette with fridge/freezer, basic cookware, microwave, toaster, Kuerig, & hot plate (no oven). Only shared space is the fenced yard with fire pit! Pets welcome; $30 pet fee and dogs must be under 50 lbs.
