The Beach House is a spacious 2 story property. The main floor is designed around the pool. A large airy lounge, bedroom with en-suite, cloakroom, kitchen, and BBQ. Plenty of outdoor shaded areas to relax, and dinning areas over looking the wonderful bay, with views to Mustique. Sunny spots with ample loungers. The lower floor has 2 bedroom suites, with private and verandas and sun terraces, enjoying a shared plunge pool. The beach is below, and only a few minutes walk.

Located just one mile from the main dock and a short taxi ride from Bequia’s airport, our villas are set in the quiet, peaceful location of Spring Valley. Oceanfront villa at Crown Point nestled between two beaches (Crescent beach and Spring beach), the closest being a 5 minute walk. There is a restaurant/bar at Crescent beach. The villa has 2 bedrooms - each with a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is a living room and a fully equipped open kitchen, alfresco dining, washing machine, outdoor shower and ample parking. The villa sits on half an acre and was built in 2014.

The yacht is a cat. It got 2 hulls. One with 2 bedrooms and heads for guests. The middel area is common and you share that only with us. The cockpit area is big enough with a table for outside meals. We have snorkeling and fishing gear on board.
