The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. It has original shiplap boards in the open living room and kitchenette with beautiful pine floors throughout the 700 square-foot house.
