Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. Our basement, guest-suite apartment is nestled at the foothills of Salt Lake, offering a breathtaking sunset view of the valley. The private entrance is connected to our main residence through the carport of our home. Our peaceful neighborhood has convenient freeway access and just minutes from University of Utah, Downtown, and Park City. Nature enthusiasts will relish the proximity to Millcreek, Emigration, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, perfect for hiking, skiing, and biking.

Quiet neighborhood on a deadend street. Close to the mtns and central Logan. Next to a new park and walking areas, clean and comfortable. Excellent work space with plenty of good lighting and electrical outlets and comfortable chair. The bed is a "Tuft and Needle", exceptionally comfortable! Plenty of light! A new kitchen, microwave, stove, sink, cabinets, window, Boniveta coffee brewer and many others. Additional bedroom is available with full private bath for $45 extra person
