Burnley House offers a little luxury in a peaceful country setting. Furnished carefully to suit a grand bygone era. Burnley House offers a separate gazebo in the adjoining yard with your own BBQ and Pizza oven. You have exclusive access to your own private pool. Verandahs surround the house, overlooking the pool and a large, lawned, and paved area. Burnley offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, and another two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs.

Billa Billa Farm Cottages

We have four, spacious and very comfortable self-contained 2 bedroom cottages. Each cottage can sleep up to 5 people. 1 bedroom with a king size bed and the other bedroom with 3 single beds, all bedding and bath towels are provided. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, microwave and fridge. A wood fire located in the open plan lounge room and dining area and a private verandah with an outdoor setting and barbeque overlooking the dam and valley.

This is a bespoke home with a character and charm of its own-a wonderful holiday home that allows itself to be a great Winter and summer destination . Chalet Moma is a 5 minute walk to Boomer Beach which is great for body boarding and surfing and a 15 minute walk to Horse Shoe Bay where its fantastic for swimming, jetty jumping, stand up paddle boarding and just relaxing on the sand.
