Relax in this calm, cosy and stylish home situated in the conservation village area of Eaton Socon, close to local amenities, pubs and restaurants (The River Mill pub and restaurant is a 2 minute walk), and surrounded by beautiful river walks and nature areas. Perfect for a couples or single stay away. Cambridge is a 30 minute drive, and London by direct train in less than an hour, so perfect if you want to visit either - or both - of these cities in a weekend.

Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'The Space') or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

Less than 5 min walk from the high street and under 15 min walk from the train station, we are perfectly located near all major amenities and a whole host of shops, restaurants and pubs, cinema and bowling alley, whilst still maintaining privacy and peace and quiet. The Little Hop House is a beautifully restored 250 year old building expertly converted from an Old Hop store to a one bedroom annex. It has a well equipped kitchen, living room, large bedroom and bathroom, making this unique space perfect if you are working in the area, a weekend get away or visiting the beautiful historic city of Cambridge. A log burner and under floor heating will ensure your stay is cosy and snug even in the winter months.
