It has 3 Cabins and each cabin has its own terrace and unique view over the old harbors and neigboring skyscrapers. House with a sauna, lots of plants, and two cats! :) Located on a quiet street, a short distance from the historic city center (850m), Delft University of Technology (700m), and Royal Delft (240m). We normally live here ourselves and hope you'll feel at home. We do our utmost to ensure cleanliness, but please don't expect hotel standards. Experience the city like a local—our idea of ​​Airbnb. There are 8 beds (4 double beds), as well as 6 dining chairs and high chairs.

Slaap onder water in een uniek nieuw ponton liggend op een rustige plek in hartje Rotterdam-centrum. Overdag staan de bedden ingeklapt tegen de muur staan zodat je je kamer optimaal benut. Tegenover je kamer zijn de badkamer en 2 toiletten. Om het hoekje zit een kitchenette en optioneel kun je ook de grote vergaderzaal (max. 42 mensen) huren voor een event. Je kunt hier ook gebruik maken van een drijvende wellness, watersport en genieten van een heerlijk terras.

In deze grote en unieke accommodatie voelt de hele groep zich thuis. Naast een luxe Jacuzzi op iedere kamer heeft ieder Spartement toegang tot de lounge ruimte waar gratis gebruik gemaakt kan worden van onze luxe massagestoelen. Tevens is er een groot dakterras waar gewerkt wordt aan een privé wellness. Aan ieder bezoek wordt een waardeborg gehanteerd. Deze kost €200 en krijgt u retour bij uitchecken.
