Local boat restaurant, open all year round, can be accessed on foot in 5 mins, via the lakeside path. Only 8 min walk to Marciac centre, with shops and restaurants. Cultural activities including year round concerts at the Astrada, famous Marciac Jazz festival, local vineyards, and historic sites all within easy reach.

Beautiful well-equiped gite close to amenities

Aou Roques gite is located on the edge of a small village surrounded by farmland and with distant views of the Pyrenees. The small town of Plaisance is just five minutes by car with an two supermarkets, weekly street market and a range of shops, entertainment and amenities. The wine growing regions of Madiran and Saint Mont are a short distance away and the Pyrenees can be reached in just over an hour. The area is great for cycling and walking and renowned for its many festivals in summer.

Pour une nuit ou plusieurs, ce studio réunit tout ce dont vous aurez besoin : cuisine équipée, salle de bain, wc, lit 2 places, télévision, terrasse et parking privé.

Entre Landes et Gers, notre studio de 30 m² indépendant est situé sur un terrain fleuri et arboré. Sans vis-à-vis il bénéficie de sa propre entrée et de son parking gratuit à côté de celui-ci. Au calme, le studio est parfaitement adapté aux couples, aux voyageurs seuls et aux voyageurs d'affaires. Très lumineux avec sa grande baie vitrée qui donne sur le jardin et les champs alentour. Nous habitons sur place, ce qui nous permet de répondre aux besoins de nos hôtes.
