Die Wohnung "Max" hat einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Mikro/Grill, Geschirrspüler und Frühstückstisch, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Couch und eine eigene Terrasse. Genieße Whirlpool und Sauna mit Blick auf unsere Waldschafe oder verwöhne dich am Grill in der Outdoorküche!

The "1A Chalet" with a large wellness area, bathtub with stunning view, terrace and indoor sauna is located at about 1600 hm, right in the holiday village in the ski area on the Koralpe. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Towels, linen and coffee capsules are included in the price! 2 Kingsize Beds in sleeping rooms and 1 Couch as a bed option in the living room.65" UHD TV is the highlight!

Über den Wolken

Die Unterkunft liegt auf etwa 1.250 m Seehöhe und zeichnet sich durch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die ruhige Lage am Ende des Zufahrtsweges aus. Bis zur Liftstation zum Skifahren oder dem Mountainbike-Trail (Sommer) sind es nur noch ca. 5 min mit dem PKW. Bis ins Tal und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 12 min, eine Bäckerei gibt es in der Nähe der Lifte. The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.
