Go for a stroll, cycle or snowmobile on confederation trail which can be accessible less than a minute away. There are many historical lighthouses and museums, wineries, boat tours, deep sea fishing, clam digging, golf courses, restaurants and shopping all within a 30 minutes.

The suite is perfect for single travellers, couples, students, or workers who want to explore Eastern PEI. The suite is a 10 minute drive from the Brudenell and Dundarave golf courses, 20 minutes from provincial beaches and the ferry and a 30 minute drive to the capitol city of Charlottetown. Enjoy a relaxed stay at Parkman Pad in downtown Montague, overlooking the beautiful Montague River with hot tub and wood stove. Located next door to Copper Bottom Brewing and central to all things down east, this is your place to take in all eastern PEI has to offer. Close to Panmure Island Beach, two of Canada's best golf courses, some of the best of the PEI music scene, and only 35 minutes from Charlottetown. Montague has easy access to cycling, walking and the Confederation Trail.

Century home & impressive waterview

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.

Get away from it all when you stay on the farm in our tiny home. So peaceful and tranquil. Pet a donkey and enjoy fresh eggs for breakfast from our chickens. Bring your bike and take a ride on the Confederation Trail which is across the road. Or enjoy an afternoon at the beach just at the end of our road. Lots to see and do in our local area. Minutes from the ferry.
