It is ONE LARGE ROOM with separate bathroom and a small kitchenette and wrap around deck area. Super king bed can be used as x2 singles. Pull out king single couch bed plus roller bed for a 4th person. Please let me know at time of booking as to bed configuration. NB there are steps down to the accomodation, so heavy bags are not ideal

This open plan, apartment is above our storage garage. You will have your own parking and entrance to your little apartment. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.
