No matter the number of guest you can occupy the entire up and downstairs areas. With ideal all year round fishing this is the place for you. The boat ramp is only 3 mins away. Safe swimming at a stunning beautiful sandy beach is only 5 kms away. All modern conveniences available including broadband Wifi to stay connected.

The Studio

Welcome to my secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. It's 50m from our house and well hidden by trees, so you'll feel very private. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!

The property is fully fenced with plenty of flat lawn space to fit your car, boat and play your favourite lawn game. The bach is suited for all seasons, with 2x large outdoor heaters and a fully insulated living space that will keep you toasty warm on those cooler day/ nights. Pets welcome.
