Welcome to Bodega House! We can’t wait to host you at our charming 1920s farmhouse in Los Alamos. Please note that we’re currently making some updates to the house. At this time, there is one queen bed available, and the second bedroom has been arranged as a lounge. The space comfortably accommodates two guests, with a sofa bed available — perfect for a child or extra guest. Our wine and beer garden, Bodega, is next door. Stop by and relax with a glass of wine during Bodega’s business hours.

We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

From the Tuft and Needle mattress to the outdoor patio, the entire space is designed to offer peace and comfort as you explore the Santa Ynez Valley. The guest house is located in a peaceful neighborhood of one-acre lots near the town of Santa Ynez. Bike to town or take a short 5-10 minute drive to Solvang or Los Olivos.

At our special spot, you get the best of both worlds: clean, modern and comfortably appointed tiny home on an oak-studded ranch surrounded by nature. Close enough to town, beaches, wineries, and restaurants for convenience while being far enough away to relax. For couples, adventurers, and business travelers. Kitchenette has a small fridge, sink, coffee maker and hot water kettle. No stove or microwave inside the studio. Apple TV in the studio. Sorry, no pets allowed. We will provide a pack n’ play for babies.
