The Early Bird Retreat is located between the popular boat docks in Riverdale, Wolf Creek, Totten trail, and Garrison. You will have access to the large fenced-in back yard, along with deck, outdoor grill, and firepit. About 1900 finished square feet and private parking for 8 cars. Very quiet lot with private shoreline.
