26th Street Studio - West Downtown Boise

A fresh and airy guest house located a mile from the center of downtown Boise. Relax in our claw foot bathtub after a long day of exploring the nearby whitewater park, foothills, green belt or downtown scenery. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. Help a stay-at-home mom support her family :). Things to note 1 We have a young family and your room is adjacent (although not accessible from our space for your privacy) to our wonderful often noisy life, there is insulation, white noise, and a TV to buffer, and they do this quite well, we are asleep/quiet between 9pm and 7:30am 2 We are on a busy road, so there is some traffic noise 3 We are centrally located between Boise, Garden City, and Eagle. Cozy Corner House by the Boise Greenbelt.

Our cozy corner house is within 900 feet to the popular greenbelt where you can enjoy the Boise River and a variety of activities. Take in a Boise Hawks baseball game or head to the fairgrounds or see a concert at the Revolution Concert House, all within a 1 mile drive. If you like skiing, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 22 miles away. Many restaurants, shopping and social gathering places close by. This house is a comfortable modern home located in a quiet neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

Floyd's Downtown Cottage

Floyd's is a lovely no-frills, essentials only, getaway a few blocks away from Downtown Boise. Walk/ride to restaurants, breweries, shops, grocery stores, or to the famous Fancy Freez diner across the road. The home offers modern furnishings, fast wifi, a smart TV with access to your favorite entertainment apps, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen! The Boise River Greenbelt & the Ridge to River Trail system are both a short distance away offering miles of walking and biking paths!

All ages and back ground are welcome, but has no yard to play in-3 parks closeby.

Our basement studio apartment is light-filled and comfortable. With a private entrance, queen bed, table and chairs, and kitchenette with stove and microwave, bathroom with shower. This place is perfect for the single person or couple. Guests are welcome to enjoy our urban farm with walking paths, a labyrinth, chickens, horse and a mule named Joe. Ed and Martha live above this apartment and you may hear us walking around and climbing the stairs above you.
