Cottage By The Sea is ready to welcome you to Hatteras Island time. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is just right for family vacations and friends' getaways. Kick off your shoes and put your toes in the sand. Cottage By The Sea is less than a mile to a 4x4 beach access or just 1.5 miles to a parking access with showers and restrooms, where you can walk out on the beach. Welcome to my home on Hatteras Island, located in the village of Frisco directly on Pamlico Sound in a residential neighborhood. You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.
