The house has a 4 bedroom, 2 bath in the main area and an attached private 1b/1bath suite! The screened in porch is ideal to spend mornings & evenings. Enjoy being just across the street from Wolf River in the comfort of this 1920’s era cozy cottage! Very close to downtown Fremont, just a 5 minute walk. Plenty of bars and restaurants, shopping, Webfooter’s water ski show, boat ramps, Patridge Lake and beach. 3-bedroom/1bath plus futon in enclosed porch and pullout sofa in living area. Extra parking for cars or boats. Ask us about possible use of a boat dock to tie up to across the street (small fee).
