This beautiful lake home is located in Lavonia, GA on excellent water. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with fun in the sun this is the place for you. This home comes complete with a 2 slip boat dock with a large swim platform. There is plenty of room to park several cars in the drive plus ample space to park a boat trailer. The three story home has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. Our home will easily sleep 16 and is perfect for a large family. Perfect for Clemson and UGA football weekends.

Unwind at a peaceful cottage in a deep water cove on Lake Hartwell. Two queen bedrooms and a full sleeper sofa can accommodate up to 6 adults. There is also a twin swing bed in the screened porch perfect for afternoon napping! Enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sun come up with one of the prettiest views on the lake. Come and enjoy our beautifully decorated, welcoming 1,792 square foot 3 bed / 3 bath home on Lake Hartwell! Enjoy the company of your loved ones while watching your favorite movie by the glow of the fireplace in the main living room. Relax in our 6 person hot tub. Have fun playing corn hole or making s'mores by the fire pit. We are never without water at our dock, so explore the lake on our kayaks! Did we forget to mention we are dog friendly (up to 2 dogs)!!
