Our monumental farmhouse (1876) is close to the beautiful city of Leiden (10 minutes by car). Also close to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Schiphol AirPort (20/25 minutes), the Hague (20 minutes). The beautiful beaches of Katwijk and Noordwijk are only half an hour away. For people who love the outdoors; there are many cycling and hiking possibilities close by. Comfortably and newly renovated farmhouse with two bedrooms in a small village directly located at the Markermeer. It's quiet and surrounded by nature with lots of water birds. Deze prachtige studio is gelegen in het appartementencomplex de 'Rotonde'. De studio bevindt zich op de 10de etage. (lift aanwezig) Het uitzicht langs de kustlijn is onbeschrijfelijk mooi. De studio heeft een heerlijk balkon, waar u  kunt genieten van de zonsondergang. De  badkamer is voorzien van een douche, wastafel en toilet. De luxe keuken is uitgerust met een afwasmachine, combi magnetron, koelkast, koffiemachine (Senseo) en waterkoker.

Het huis is 120m2 en heeft een heerlijke voortuin op het zuiden, kortom de hele dag zon! Gelegen in een vriendelijke buurt, ideaal voor families en grotere gezelschappen. Vanuit het huis loop je in 5 min naar het strand (500 m). Het is niet toegestaan in het huis of in de tuin te roken en /of drugs te gebruiken.

Our place is the perfect base to explore Haarlem/Amsterdam.
