A large bedroom with en suite bathroom with excellent shower. Sleigh king size bed. Private second room containing a sofa and a double bed over looking the gardens. This second bedroom also contains the kettle and small fridge. Please note that our guest suite is suitable for a family group or close friends. Sandy beaches such as Sennen and Porthcurno & stunning coves are within a short drive. The Train and Bus station are a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful detached barn conversion, C.1800. South facing, enjoys the sun through out the day to early evening. Situated in a peaceful location with absolute privacy, its own garden with picnic table. Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.

Situated in a pedestrian area and this quiet lane is just a short 10 minute walk from the harbour, shops, restaurants and galleries along with the sandy beaches and other attractions that St Ives has to offer.
