Welcome to the Green Room Nestled on the edge of Brighton amidst the picturesque South Downs, the Green Room has stunning views of the South Downs National Park. It is just a 20 minute bus ride or cycle into Vibrant Brighton and its glorious seafront. The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

This gorgeous little cabin is a perfect place for up to 2 adults (sorry no under 18’s) if you would like to be 20 minutes by bus from central Brighton but want to be somewhere quiet to sleep. Somewhere where you can go on a beautiful country walk within 5 minutes and be on the beach within a 15 minute drive. You can park for free and hop on a bus opposite where you are staying. Easily accessed from Brighton and a short bus from Preston Park station. The cabin is cosy, beautiful and stylish.

The Hovel is an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Downs, with easy access by car, bus or bike. There are amazing walks on the doorstep along the South Downs Way, the coast is a short drive away and all the attractions of Lewes and Brighton are a short journey by pedal, bus or car.

A delightful cosy log cabin, with a lovely shower room, kitchenette, all you need for a short stay. This room is strictly NON SMOKING only. Sorry, no pets. All linens and towels supplied. It is room only, but tea/coffee/milk etc supplied. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, and a well equipped kitchenette. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, all to hand in the walk-in wardrobe space, plenty of storage for suitcases etc.
