Gîte with idyllic garden one minute from the lake

Vrijstaand huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy en fijne zithoekjes. Geniet van het prachtige uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende beboste heuvels. Vanuit het huisje wandel je zo langs het meer voor een frisse duik. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Dit sfeervolle huis staat in een klein gehuchtje aan het ‘Lac de Pannecière’ in het prachtige Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft de mooiste sterrenhemels.

Een sfeervolle rustige plek om heerlijk te ontspannen en bij te tanken van het drukke leven van tegenwoordig. Het voorhuis van onze boerderij hebben wij verbouwd tot een authentieke gîte van alle gemakken voorzien . In de nabij omgeving is er van alles te doen. Wandelingen in natuur (Grande Randonee) of oude Stadjes. Meren en rivieren. Wijnroutes en lekker eten. Fietsen of kano's huren. Kerken (basiliek van Vezelay) en Kastelen. Of ontspannen een boek lezen op je terras met geweldig uitzicht.

The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Gîte de La Bascule

Le gîte est une maison ancienne entièrement rénovée en 2019 avec une terrasse qui offre une belle vue sur le Morvan. Elle est située tout près du lac du Crescent et du château de Chastellux, à quelques kilomètres de Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Notre région se prête à la randonnée à pied, à vélo ou à cheval dans une nature préservée et permet aux amateurs de pêche ou de baignade de s'adonner à leur plaisir favori. La Bascule est un hameau de Chastellux, situé entre Avallon et Lormes.

Nous mettrons à votre disposition des serviettes/draps, un parking enclôture, une petite terrasse. Le tout se trouve proche des commodités. C'est un endroit simple et idéal pour les sportives connaisseurs/amateurs de nature.
