If you are looking for a lovely place to stay for work purposes, holidays, a short family visit or to play golf, my flat is safe and homely. My flat is well equipped for a long stay, but I understand people’s expectations are different, if there’s something you need, please communicate with me early and I will be happy to help. My goal is for guests to have a pleasant stay at my home. My flat is situated within close distance to Heathrow and only 25 mins train journey into Central London.

Our beautiful, two storey apartment is spacious, modern and light. Only 2 mins walk from the river and its riverside cafes. Featuring large master bedroom with bathroom ensuite, dining for up to 4, kitchen and lounge area with views of the meadow. 8 mins river walk to Hampton Court Station (19 mins to Wimbledon,35 mins Waterloo) and Hampton Court Village on Bridge Road with its fantastic antique shops and eateries on Bridge Road. Hampton Court Palace and Royal Bushy Park are 10-15 mins walk.

The Old Dairy - period cottage in unique location

A one bedroom period cottage in rural location overlooking garden and fields set in a small 17th century hamlet. Totally self-contained, The Old Dairy was originally used by nearby Byfleet Manor, which many people will recognize as a location used in Downton Abbey, as the milking parlour. The Old Dairy is a single storey property approached via gravelled driveway and path with ample parking surrounded by peaceful gardens. There is an EV charging point for small additional charge.

Explore the many walks around us with miles of public footpaths and beautiful scenery.

The Hampton Court Hideaway is a peaceful and relaxing guesthouse (converted detached double garage). Beautifully designed to a very high standard and powered by renewable energy. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds (2nd on mezzanine) and one sofa bed upon request. We also have an EV car charger available on request. The space is designed for 2 but can fit up to 3.
