We are located near the village of Headley near Box Hill, so you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks, whilst staying in a luxury hut with modern facilities like high speed wifi! It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Adjacent to but detached from our elegant Victorian family home, this bright and stylish space is tranquil and self contained and enjoys additional benefits of a private south facing patio garden and dedicated off street parking space.

The Hampton Court Hideaway is a new peaceful and relaxing eco guesthouse (detached double garage conversion). Beautifully designed to a very high standard, powered by renewable energy and includes space for up to 4 guests. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds, one sofa bed and a single fold out bed. We also have an EV home charger available on request. It’s designed for 2 adults but we do allow up to 4.
