The old coach house @ Byre House

The old coach house is a cosy traditional cottage with modern features. The detached house has a king and double size beds, two optional single day beds are available upon request with an extra charge. There is a central bathroom. Has a large open kitchen and dining room, with a spacious living room, a wood burner for cosy nights. It is in a private courtyard behind electric gates, parking in front of the house. It is in a quiet village but close to Bristol and Bath and surrounding villages.

Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Boasting beautiful panoramic views and sunsets, you will have access to local country pubs and ample countryside walks on your doorstep. North Stoke is on the outskirts of Bath (10-15 mins) and just a 30 minute drive into nearby Bristol City Centre making Chestnut Barn the perfect base for a countryside retreat and sightseeing getaway.

The Garden Room

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.

The Loft, St Catherine, Bath.

A beautiful, private self-catering studio apartment set in sought after destination of St Catherine, just 20 minutes from Bath. Guests have exclusive use of private hot tub for en extra cost please see details below. There is a pet fee of £20 per pet. In summer months guests can hire fire bowl/barbecue and logs, for £20.
