Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

Guests have access to the entire private house in front of pool with 1 BdR and 1 BthR(w/ a/c/heater), kitchen and TV room (port. ac). Guests also have additional shared outdoor pool areas lounge/table and bb court. Guests are not allowed to use pool/spa.
