Petit Eco Cabin - Singles & Couples Retreat

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic Windows Estate vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The Dunsborough Boathouse

Positioned in a quiet street & walking distance to Quindalup beach we offer 2 private cabins... perfectly suited to those seeking quiet time to rest your body in a 5 star setting. On offer are complimentary Netflix, tandem bike or 2 single bikes plus a SUP board with beach towels, bubbles/wine, chocolates, biscuits, a selection of milks, tea & coffee. Centrally located to many tourist attractions and 2mins drive into Dunsborough town. Book a memorable experience & let us spoil you ♡♡♡

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Lola by the bay is a stylish and relaxing guest suite, designed to host two people in comfort and peace. Located along the west wing of our family home, with private entrance and patio, this self-contained space is a great place to relax after a day of exploring all the beautiful treasures the South West has to offer. Within walking distance from the beach (less than 5 min.) and shops and restaurants nearby, Lola is a great base for your next getaway in the Broadwater resort area.

PLEASE NOTE: As of Feb 1st we are are renovating the family home.This is seperate from the studio we offer for Airbnb but there will be some noise throughout the day and building supplies in the back yard. Also street parking outside the house would be required. We offer a reduced rate for those interested. Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Private studio accommodation, a 3 minute walk to the beach, bike track & Busselton Jetty precinct ( bikes available)

A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.
