A completely furnished apartment in the basement of our log home (our main residence) on 5 acres of woods above beautiful Shavehead Lake. Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Freshly renovated in 2022, this charming 1940's cottage is nestled in the heart of Fennville MI. Located near Saugatuck, South Haven & Holland - close to beaches, dunes, wineries, breweries, orchards, pickle ball, playgrounds & skiing in the winter. Kitchen w/everything for cooking, laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms each w/ queen bed, Wi-Fi, deck, gas fire pit (May-Oct), short walk for groceries & restaurants. Dog friendly. (Remember, dogs must be included as pet guests when you book)

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

The Vault Loft: Downtown Otsego

Very unique apartment downtown Otsego, walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. Recently renovated, this space sits above the vault of a 1920's era bank with a rustic/industrial feel. Featuring rustic ceramic tile in the kitchen, bathroom and work area, bamboo floors in the living/bedroom, granite counters, tile backsplash, copper sinks, and tile shower with glass door. 65" smart flatscreen tv, electric fireplace, WIFI, Central Air/Heat, and built in butcher block desk.

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

"OTT"law Escape!

Bittersweet ski lodge is literally in the back yard. Less than a 1/4 mile to entrance. Kalamazoo River is across the street with a kayak/canoe launch just a 1/4 mile away. We have kayaks available to rent at a minimal cost and can provide drop off and pick up. There is a fire pit that can be used. There are 8 campsites on the property, 5 with 30 amp service and 3 with 20 amp that are available at additional costs. The Lynx golf course is about 5 miles away.

Tiny House In the City

Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! We are thrilled to open up a part of our lives and our home to you! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!

Our Tiny house is a place to retreat from the hussle and bustle of your busy life. It's a place to relax, read, reflect, rest and reset. We live in the main house and the TinyHouse is on the back of our detached garage. This is a private space with your own kitchen and bathroom. We are available for anything you might need, however we will respect your privacy and your space.
