Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Waterfront Farmhouse with Hot Tub by Loch Ness

Dunaincroy farmhouse enjoys a unique setting on the Caledonian Canal midway between iconic Loch Ness and the town of Inverness (6 minutes either way.) Set in an historic Highland estate this secluded location has extensive, fully fenced gardens down to the canal and spectacular views to open countryside and the hills beyond. The wilderness of the highlands and yet only minutes from the amenities of a major town and nearby transport hubs. It is also a great starting point for the North 500.

Lord Lovat’s Waiting Room

A charming self contained cottage style apartment in what was formerly Lord Lovat’s private waiting room in the Old Station, Beauly. With its own front door, large double bedroom and sitting room (with wood burning stove) it is an ideal retreat for a quiet weekend or for a couple wanting to explore the Highlands. The private deck, along with outdoor furniture & chiminea, overlook beautiful fields & mountains. Located just 1 mile from the NC500 route. Situated within an extremely quiet cul-de-sac, 'The Studio' is just 4 minutes from local shops, bus stops and the train station. The Studio benefits from its' own cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, bathroom, 55" Smart TV (On Demand services), X-Box, & Wi-Fi. A shared garden and a parasol sheltered smoking area. Private parking for two vehicles.

We are in a very quiet location. The house is attached as a separate unit to our home. The cottage has been equipped and furnished to ensure as relaxing and comfortable holiday as possible, and it has its own individual character and style. You will have full and individual access to the guest house and all of its amenities. With lovely views over the hills of Beauly and the Ben Wyvis to the west is the ideal location to base yourself for touring the Highlands .
