If you want to be close to the beach and JBay's famous surfing spots then this 45 sqm ground floor cottage is the perfect escape. The cottage is situated at the rear of the property, separate entrance. It has a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (shower), kitchenette, lounge and private outdoor space with a fire pit / braai area. It's only a 2 minute walk to a lovely, quiet beach. Modern and comfortable! 2 min walk from Lower Point and close to World Class Surfing Beaches! Safe parking. Private Entertainment Veranda with Day Bed and Barbecue. The Rooftop Look out is communal space for both studios. Smart tv and Free WIFI! Most guests are disappointed they only booked 2 nights as J Bay has too much to offer for only 1 full day and 2 nights. We recommend at least 3 nights. ONE OF TWO UNITS

Garden Flat near Point (Solar Power)

This garden flat is situated on the ground floor of our family home. The waves at the Point are visible from the top of the garden and its just a few minutes walk down a green belt to Point and a few more minutes along the beach to Supers. Casual and spacious studio room perfect for surfers, those who work remotely, weekenders or holiday makers. Fibre and TV included Solar powered so no black outs.
