CITRUS COTTAGE Close to Chapman U & Disneyland

Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Towne Orange. Plenty of parking is available. Close to Disneyland. Arrive to something refreshing in the refrigerator and wake up to hot coffee.

The Orange Peel, a Historic Cottage in Old Town

The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

Private studio apartment. Second-story unit, set back from the street, in a separate building behind the hosts' home. Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a quiet street shaded by oak trees. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center are only 10 minutes away. The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.

Private Poolside Suite~w/Private Entr&bath

Your private suite has a Queen size bed and a twin size chaise lounge. The chaise can be a separate bed if needed. This home is a unique mid century 50’s ranch house with vintage and modern furnishings & art. Imagine… at one time… orange groves surrounded this home:) “A very California residence.” The pool in the evening is illuminated with soft lights. There is even a outside shower w/ hot water. Only one wall attaches the suite to the main house. There is no access into the main house.

This quaint guest house has a very comfy king bed and an air mattress (if needed please let me know). Beautiful walk in tile shower access to wash the day away. Guests have access to the garden, patio, and gas fire pit. There is a private entrance and I welcome all people from all walks of life. If you are booking this space for someone else please get prior approval. You will assume all risk for them and are responsible for getting them the check in instructions.
