There is direct access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.

You'll love this clean & bright basement studio w/private entrance! Bonus - We donate 10% of our earnings to groups supporting LGBTQIA rights & fighting food insecurity! We have a small dog and a cat. Smudge & Commander Muffins won't be in your space while you're with us (& are rarely there otherwise), but if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you. The apartment is located in Woodbridge, a residential, quiet and safe neighborhood, about 1.5 miles from Downtown/Midtown.
