The furniture was created by hand using local and eco-friendly materials or renovated old pieces. There is a King size bed with super comfortable mattress and premium quality pillows, a work desk with a library, a sofa that turns into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The large industrial style windows open directly space to the veranda where our guest could enjoy their lunch or relax to the deck chairs with an unrestricted view to a central soothing square In spacious bathroom, you will find a big shower and a storage space with many extra amenities and comfort facilities like washing machine, hairdryer, first aid kit and toweling. The Ground floor of the house consists of the living room, an open plan kitchen and a W.C. Right outside, there is the patio with comfortable sitting and also a rather unique feature: an outside bar. Here, along with your drink, you can enjoy great views of the surrounding city and the neighboring hill of Lycabettus. The First floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed. A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the attic, where a single bed can accommodate one guest. There is visual contact between the attic and the master bedroom.
