The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Guests have access to fast, reliable WiFi in every corner of the property and a large washer and dryer for their personal use. The property has central heating throughout, with underfloor in the en-suites, making it a cosy bolthole even on the chilliest of days. The Old Wash House is set in the heart of the village of Littlebourne. There is on street parking if you're driving and a frequent bus service which runs into Canterbury and Sandwich every 30 minutes from right outside the property if you're not! You are a 5 minute drive from Canterbury with its rich history, art and culture, great shopping and restaurants and dining. The coast is just a 20 minute drive away too. The Old Wash House is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Situated in the old town which is quiet but close to the main shopping area full of independent shops, fantastic cafes and many restaurants. Number 5 has a sunny garden and parking to the front which is a real bonus in the centre of Deal where parking is hard to find and expensive. Suitable for all age groups it offers a great base to visit the local area.
