Our separate, private one-bedroom guesthouse is located in the back of our redwood tree-filled backyard. This is an animal-free property due to monthly guests, friends & family with severe allergies. The Pallet Studio in East Sac is a quiet and cozy 1 Bedroom/Studio in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Sacramento. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!

Our 550 sq private studio is a short drive away from the UC Davis campus and walking distance from two bus lines. This studio is located on top of a two car garage in our backyard which is next to a beautiful open field. Many different kinds of fruit trees are available for our guests to enjoy their seasonal fruit. Our guests can use their own washer and dryer and bikes are free to use. High speed internet and TV cable channels.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Stay on the farm and enjoy exploring. Nice porch & fire pit to enjoy the days and evenings. The farm is 40 acres which includes two acres of organic vegetables. There are chickens, sheep, cows, goats and one pig. Most weekends you can enjoy watching the skydivers across the road at the Yolo County Airport. Spring, Summer & Fall weekends, the farm brewery may be open too!

Our home is within walking distance of an exciting, dynamic, world class university. If your business is at the University, you can park your car for the duration and walk everywhere. Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, the Shrem Museum of Art, the UCD Vet School, are all within walking distance. Parent/teenager college visit? Our suite will accomodate. "Carriage House" is 1 bedroom apartment next to famous Casa Contente. Close to Downtown and UC Davis. Queen bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room. Best for 1-2 people, but potentially could accommodate 4. The couch turns into a full bed. No parties, no gatherings and no smoking, please.
