La Berthussie

La Berthusie is situated at the edge of Cussac a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve. Peaceful and spacious it can easily host a family of 8 and more if needed. The house is surrounded by a vast garden, fruit trees, a chestnut orchard and a lovely pond. The village supermarket is a short walking distance from the house and so are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square. The area offres Soft hills, Lakes, historical sites, walking trails.

Dans un petit hameau isolé dans le Périgord vert, vous pourrez découvrir la grotte de Villars, Brantome la Venise du Périgord, le Lac de Saint Saud Lacoussière (à 10min)

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

La Petite Maison

Notre maison de 1829 a été rénovée dans un style mélangeant harmonieusement l'ancien et le moderne. En y entrant, vous serez séduit par une grande pièce de vie disposant de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Au rez-de-chaussée, une chambre pour deux et une salle d'eau équipée d'une grande douche. A l'étage, vous trouverez un autre lit double, un lit simple et un lit-bébé ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour vous occuper en famille. Un jardin avec salon et barbecue.

The Bumbles Cabin on the Lake

Our beautiful cosy cabin has been recently built to enable our guests to enjoy our stunning lake and relaxing surroundings. It is totally private and the perfect place to relax. If you would like to fish, the lake is fully stocked with fantastic fish up to 35kg, fishing costs 12€ per 24hrs and equipment is available to hire for 12€ as well if required. A BBQ, firepit, and a pool (June-September) ensure that your stay will be idyllic in this picturesque setting.

The gite is ideal as a base for a break away in the Perigord vert or visiting family & friends in the area. Cussac is situated on the edge of the Perigord vert which is renown for being the region of lakes & forests. The area offers, scenic routes for motorbike touring/cycling, swimming/fishing lakes, historical sites and walking/cycling trails.
