Easy access from the side of the house, through a very spacious well-lit walkway with outside sitting area and private keyless entrance (code provided by owner). Located on the westside of LA, Cheviot Hills is a quiet, centrally located neighborhood close to Century City, Beverly Hills, Westwood, and Culver City. Within walking distance to the Metro, for easy access to Santa Monica, Venice, USC, UCLA, and Downtown. Located within walking distance (1 mile) to Fox Studios and Metro Expo line for a quick ride to Downtown LA, USC and Santa Monica. • We have two adult dogs and occasional barking may occur.
