Penguin Beach House

Penguin Seascape

"Penguin Seascape" is a self contained house in Penguin overlooking the beautiful Bass Strait. Just a short walk into the town centre, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and a bakery. The house is fully self-contained and has 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 8 people. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen is well appointed with a microwave and dishwasher. Free wifi is provided. Penguin is located between Burnie and Devonport on the Northwest coast of Tasmania.

Beachfront Studio on Great Oyster Bay

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Listen to the ocean and the birds and enjoy glimpses of the magnificent sunrise and sunset across the bay to Freycinet and Schouten Island. We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach. Jo

"Jubliee Studio" - Coastal 1 B/R Unit, Swansea

Centrally located and less than 100m to Jubilee Beach and boatramp this purposely built 1 bedroom unit has been designed and decorated to provide casual, relaxed, coastal accommodation. A great location where you can park the car and walk to beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. Set up for couples with kitchen facilities and separate bathroom, we hope we have provided a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy the East Coast from. Minimum of 2 night stays. No Wifi connected.

Located at the end of a quiet esplanade with no through traffic your beach house is surrounded by bushland, protected by the dunes and only 20 metres to the beach.

Driftwood Cottage allows you to unwind amongst the sand dunes at this unique and tranquil getaway. A mere stroll from beautiful and deserted Nine Mile Beach, and moments from Moulting Lagoon. With Swansea just ten minutes away, local vineyards aplenty and Freycinet National Park up the coast, staying longer to explore will only enhance your experience at Driftwood.

The Clan Cabin

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"

Designer beach house

A modern home, surrounded by native bushland and wildlife, only a few steps down your own private track to nine miles of beach. The sun rises over mountains and the turquoise waters of the bay: all viewable from the bedrooms, decks and lounge.
