The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Lodge

Located in a beautiful rural hamlet on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment this district is designated an AONB. Our newly converted cottage backs onto a small stable yard, is located up a private drive in a spot that is hard to beat for peace and quiet. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

Garden studio in beautiful town

Our cosy, self contained apartment sleeps two people in Bradford on Avon, near Bath. Cafes, shops and pubs are in easy walking distance, along with access to beautiful walks and cycle rides. Just a 10 minute walk to the train station and centre of town, we are ideally located for visits to the town, Bath, Bristol & beyond. Excellent Wifi connection & flat screen TV. Basic breakfast items, toiletries, towels & bed linen provided. One well behaved dog allowed, charges apply.

Newly refurbished, self-contained room with private access and exclusive use of the back garden. The town centre and train station are a short walk making this the perfect location to explore the town itself, Bath & beyond. You will also benefit from onsite parking - rare with a property so close to town. We are very close to restaurants and cafes but the kitchen unit gives you the flexibility to cook at home if you want a cosy evening in!

The Bath Bothy

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.

The Garden Room

Beautiful, self-contained, self catering room, with own bathroom in the Cotswold village of Biddestone. Lovely walks nearby and 7 miles from Bath. Fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave etc. There is milk/tea and coffee. there are several shops in Corsham and a big Sainsbury’s supermarket nearby. Excellent pub food locally at ‘The White Horse’, a minutes stroll away. ‘The White Hart’ at Ford, on the river is excellent.

Charming, country cottage near Bath.

The Cottage is a converted dairy just 5 miles from the beautiful City of Bath. Surrounded by stunning open countryside with far-reaching views. A calm and peaceful space to relax and enjoy fabulous views, walks, golf/tennis, and near to some of the UK's most beautiful sites. Next door there is another holiday house, which also sleeps four but both cottages have their own privacy.

Tithe Cottage Studio

Tithe Cottage Studio is a beautifully presented, well equipped, self contained, ground floor studio apartment, with a pretty garden for guests' use, in the historic town of Bradford on Avon. An ideal base for exploring Bath and surrounding areas. There is off street parking next to the Studio and it is five minutes easy walk to the station and town centre.
