Cosy Cottage on a Farm

Stockman's Cottage sits in the middle of our farm, away from the road but just a short walk to the village. Fully refurbished in 2018 with underfloor heating, wood-burning effect stove. Beds can be setup as SuperKing OR Twin, walk-in shower. Full kitchen and separate lounge, with tea, coffee & plus our farm eggs. Private access and I am usually around to help if needed. We have a variety of rare breed animals on the farm. Great location for exploring the fabulous Dorset countryside and coast.

Half mile to village centre with Tesco and two pubs. Easy drive to Poole, Wareham, Corfe Castle, Dorchester , Bournemouth and Dorset’s stunning Jurassic coast. Great touring centre. Adults only. There is free wifi, Sky movies and Sports channels via Virgin in the lounge and a dvd/blueray player plus a selection of DVDs and books to entertain you. Hamworthy beach, park and paddling pool just a 15 mins walk. Local shops, pubs and takeaways less than 5 mins walk and Poole Town Centre & Quay a 30mins walk or 5 mins drive.

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guest use only. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon on a lounger in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks.

My apartment is close to a safe beach with great views, family park, town amenities, good public transport, and has the extra bonus of the ferry terminal to the Channel islands and France. You’ll feel totally secure with the friendly neighbourhood, gated parking and comfy beds. Also enjoy the relaxing quietness of the area, but close enough for great local restaurants and pubs. The property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

This is a space for people who want to relax or explore the amazing area of Dorset. Sandbanks beach - 10 min drive. Durdle Door - 30 min drive. Studland - short ferry ride from Sandbanks The area is renowned for water sports and cycling and we have a garage you can store your equipment in if needed. We have a driveway so there is parking available for you if you travel by car. We also live a 5 - 10 minute walk from Poole town centre. No pets 😇
